Eligibility and Account Registration
Age Requirement
The GameZone platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering on the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. GameZone reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of this requirement.
Residency
The platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Access to the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted is done at the user’s own risk. GameZone makes no representations that the platform is legal or appropriate for use outside the Philippines.
Account Registration
To access the full features of the platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information
- Complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as required
- Maintain the accuracy of your account information at all times
- Create only one (1) account per person — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited
KYC Verification

You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and complete all verification steps as required. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including the inability to make withdrawals.
Account Security and Responsibility

Anti-Money Laundering
In compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and the regulations of the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), GameZone monitors all financial transactions on the platform. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to freeze or suspend accounts pending investigation.
Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards

Gameplay Rules and Fair Play
- All games available on the GameZone platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are made available within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by its rules.
- GameZone is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games are operated in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and the standards set by our third-party game providers.
- PVP (Player vs. Player) games on the platform, including Tongits and Pusoy, pit registered players against real human opponents. GameZone does not use bots or automated players in PVP games.
- Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use unauthorized tools or software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
- GameZone reserves the right to void any game result that is found to have been affected by technical errors, system malfunctions, or fraudulent activity.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the GameZone platform:
- Registering more than one (1) account
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or tamper with any aspect of the platform
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or GameZone staff
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited
- Allowing minors (individuals under 21 years of age) to access or use your account
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the platform
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and reporting to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
Intellectual Property
- All content on the GameZone platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game designs, software, and audio-visual materials — is the property of DigiPlus Interactive Corp. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of DigiPlus Interactive Corp.
- Any unauthorized use of the platform’s intellectual property may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
- GameZone provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DigiPlus Interactive Corp. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
- GameZone shall not be liable for any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
- In no event shall GameZone’s total liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Suspension and Termination of Accounts
GameZone reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
- Failure to complete KYC verification
- Inactivity for an extended period of time
- At GameZone’s sole discretion for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform
Upon termination of your account, any remaining balance in your account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations and GameZone’s internal policies.
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. All pending transactions will be processed before the account is closed.
Responsible Gaming

- If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it shall be submitted to the appropriate regulatory body or court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
- GameZone’s decisions with respect to all aspects of the platform, including but not limited to game results, bonus eligibility, and account status, are final and binding unless otherwise required by applicable law or regulation.
Amendments to These Terms
GameZone reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered users through a prominent notice on the platform or via their registered contact details. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
